Muscovy ducks are originally from Mexico, Central and South American.
They like to perch at night, can fly, especially when young and are for the
most part very quiet birds. The hens, squeak, whistle and peep. The
drakes as adults can only hiss. They are also very large birds and make
excellent parents. Bonus on these birds is they will catch and eat small
rodents and snakes.

Our flock is widely varied in color- we have very pale cream and white,
chocolate and white, gray and white and black and white- with several
variations of all of the above. They are penned at night and in inclement
weather, but are allowed access to grass on a regular basis. You can see
a video of our flock on YouTube :

The 2 drakes are:
Sinatra, a chocolate and white with blue eyes  and
Goose, a gray and white with the normal dark eyes.

We have 9 hens currently ranging from pale cream, buff, tan, chocolate,
gray and black all with heavy white markings.

They are a beautiful flock and I am sure that their babies this next year
will be just as gorgeous.

The BABIES are here, and they are gorgeous. We have some that are
developing a barred color. Beautiful!!

We have them from just days old to almost 2 months old. Reserve yours
now. We can send individual pictures of the babies.

This flock has been NPIP tested and certified.
